We recently linked this producer up with a singer as part of a video project. They are now looking for some voices actors that speak Irish. Here is their requirements.
"We are creating an independent game heavily focused on Irish music and mythology. I am looking to cast voice actors with the following:
1. The ability to voice multiple characters (i.e. it is important that they can make each character sound distinct).
2. Are able to work with us over Skype so we can coach them in preparation for the recordings. In case they don't have a proper studio, we have an agreement with a small studio in Ireland.
The dialogue has two categories: a) Generic – these are all the lines of dialogue not related to the story / plot (e.g. stuff like greetings, general chit-chat, etc.) b) Plot – these are lines directly related to the story in the game (e.g. the Fisherman talking to his wife about the lack of fish, etc.).
We are looking for female and male voice actors to complete our casting. So far the character that has to record the most generic dialogue needs to do 1000 words.
We are still working on the plot ones. We will start recording generic dialogues the third week of November.
