Hi Amy, Please convey my apologies to KAVAN DONOHOE, creator of the IRISH HARP group. In my haste to get you the info, I quickly scanned the group and saw Dick Glasgow's name on a discussion and mistakenly entered his name as the creator (you WILL see his name on a large number of TC postings). I couldn't post the apology on the group's comment wall unless I became a member. Even though I do have a Celtic/Irish Table Harp and do attempt to play WITH it, I am not an harpist. Enjoy the group. Good luck,
Me again!!! Yes, there is a group called "the Irish Harp" started by Dick Glasgow (you'll see his name alot here at TradConnect). It has 8 members. If you visit the group, you can click on any of the icons to check out their profiles. Who knows???? Might be someone there you know!!! Good luck.
Welcome to TradConnect!!! Can't help but wonder why you chose me as a friend,....but I don't refuse friendship. I'd be interested in seeing any comments you may post. I see in your profile you play harp, fiddle and voice. Here at TradConnect there are quite a few groups that may spark your interests. Go to the "groups" listed on the left side of your screen, click on view all. A page will come up that shows all the many groups started here. My groups include "Bouzouki Players", "CBOM" "Trad Guitar", & "Sean Nos & Traditional Irish Singers" (you'd be very welcome to join). You'll should also find "Fiddle" and "Harp" somewhere in there (I think,...if there's no harp group, consider starting one). Also, check out the discussion groups ("Forum") on the right side of the screen. Once you start manuevering around the site I'm sure you'll find plenty to satisfy your curiosity and interests. Again, Cead Mile Failte. Cheers,
