Event Description

This project takes a closer look at the music of the counties in the midlands of Ireland, those that in european countries don't get the same attention than the counties at the coast. You can find music from Donegal, Clare, Cork and Kerry everywhere, but who knows the music of Offaly, Laois, Westmeath, Longford or Roscommon? Seán Ryan (whistles & vocals) and his friends Denis Ryan (fiddle) and Conor Moriarty (accordion & melodeon) have developed and arranged a program, which helps to fill this gap.
