Traditional Irish Music
The Ennis Sisters: May 15th – 22nd, 2021
Wild Atlantic Music Tours is thrilled to announce The Ennis Sisters will be joining our 2021 Tour listing for what promises to be a very special tour in May 2021. For the past twenty years, The Ennis Sisters have been connecting to audiences across the world. From Church Halls in Newfoundland to performing for International World leaders, their harmonies resonate with us all and this is a unique opportunity to join them on what promises to be a very special week along the Wild Atlantic Way.
The multi-award winning Ennis Sisters will lead the May 2021 ‘Wild Atlantic Way Tour’. Flavoured by Celtic and traditional Newfoundland influences, The Ennis Sisters (Maureen, Karen and Teresa) are known for their captivating sibling harmonies and their powerful, often humorous storytelling. Live performances have been a staple of the Ennis Sisters experience and where better to be part of the ‘limited and intimate audience’ than travelling with them along the Wild Atlantic Way and staying in luxury accommodation including an Irish Castle.
Join The Ennis Sisters and a host of friends and experience their music at its best during an unforgettable trip throughout counties Sligo, Mayo, Galway and Clare. Meet some of the region’s best known musicians as they join The Ennis Sisters for music sessions each evening.
The ‘Wild Atlantic Way Tour’ is a 7 night cultural, sightseeing & musical experience ... more importantly, it will be great ‘ceol agus craic’. We limit the time on the coach as we visit locations steeped in Irish Music such as Westport, Sligo, Galway and of course Ennis and Doolin in the home of Irish Music, Co. Clare. Enjoy the spectacular scenery the West Coast of Ireland has to offer and visit world famous locations such as The Cliffs of Moher, The Burren & Bunratty Castle. Experience a warm Irish welcome in luxury 4* hotels and a Magical Castle on the Wild Atlantic Way.
Music and fun on the Wild Atlantic Way
Ceol agus craic ar Slí an Atlantaigh Fhiáin
The Wild Atlantic Way is a tourism trail on the West Coast of Ireland. The stunning 2,500km of coastline offers breath-taking scenery, invigorating sea swells, gastronomic gems and a warm welcoming atmosphere. The WAW is a haven for traditional Irish musicians. In every town, village and remote townland dotted along the Western Coast, there is a wealth of traditional Irish music sessions to be enjoyed. These sessions are informal and often impromptu, making the Wild Atlantic Way a little piece of music heaven
All our tour groups are accompanied by professional musicians. One of the highlights of each day is the ‘mini-concert’ held each evening which is dedicated to the group. These sessions will feature local musicians who will share music and stories in an informal and intimate environment. For further information on tours, please contact
