Traditional Irish Music
Just posted some tracks from "Carrying the Tune" on my "NEW' website. www.kevincrawford.ie
Just click the audio tab at the top of the home page and play the chosen tracks.
I had the best experience musically and otherwise with John Doyle, Brian Morrissey and Mick Conneely during the making of this album.
The album is available to purchase from the website too and digital downloads will follow very soon.
I hope you enjoy the finished product.
Awesome clips! Thanks for posting!
Thanks for the positive feedback lads, glad you like what your hearing !!
My apologies guys, had no idea that some of you were experiencing problems with the "buy now" facility.
Unfortunately our website hosts are not responding at the minute with it being a weekend and the fact that they are operating on Pacific Standard Time.
However, you can override the problem simply by clicking the link below which bypasses the webpage and allows you to purchase the CD directly through PayPal.
Thanks again for your patience, I'm hoping that the website will be fully functional in the next couple of hours.
Problem sorted !!
The website is back up and running without any glitches. www.kevincrawford.ie
If you want to hear sample tracks just click on the audio tab at the top of the homepage.
To purchase the actual CD click on the "buy now" button
Apologies for any inconvenience caused by the malfunction.
Happy Listening !!
Having listened to these 4 tracks through facebook I am absolutely thrilled with the beautiful playing, the quality recording and the refreshing style of this cd! And flute-players - if it's tone you want to hear - you need go no further! An absolute pleasure, thanks Kevin.
sounds great thanks a lot, something to aspire to
just listening to the audio tracks now (and eagerly waiting for the CD to arrive!). Absolutely great sounding and playing and can't wait to hear the full CD. Congratulations and best of luck the new release. Hope to catch up some day soon.
seems as if we'll only get to stay in touch via music sites and email etc.
Would be mega to catch up and possibly plough through a few tunes at some stage.
Really appreciate your comments on the sample tracks and would love to get your overview on the whole thing when you get the chance.
yes it would be good to actually catch up in person for a few tunes, I'll be in touch once I've listened to the whole CD but if the rest of the CD lives up to the tracks here (which I'm sure they will!) I'm going to be a happy listener.
All the best,
Nice one Tom.
You came up in a fairly serious debate/discussion on top flute players of our generation last week in U.L.
I think you came out on top above both myself and Goldy but I'll get over it !!! lol :)
