I have extensive classical training on the piano, and I am currently studying classical piano at the Conservatory of the Musical Arts in Audubon, NJ.
I was trained on the whistle by Michael Copeland, the world-famous Irish flute and whistle craftsman, and also by Dennis Gormley, of McDermott's Handy, another well-known flute and whistle instructor.
I have been involved with Smitty's Kitchen, an ongoing recording project.
I am also involved with The Colonial Hearth Players, along with Michael Copeland and Steve (Smitty) Smith. We research and perform music from the colonial period of America. Many of the tunes we've found are, of course, Celtic.

Hi Cynthia,

Thanks for the friendship :-) You know, I have some stuff on my page that I wrote myself. If you feel like using it, do so freely. No copyright, no licensing :-) Just for the love of the music :-)

cheers, Kees
