Recently I've been collaborating musically with tradconnect and "The Session" member Jim McAuley (fiddle4U), initially to help him format his own compositions in neater and more accurate ABC. Hi Davy,

This is just a line to say thanks for joining the Carolan group. I hope you get lots of fun out of your membership and find the inspiration to learn lots of “new” tunes from amongst the archives.

As a member, you are most welcome to contribute to any of the group discussions, add new ones, nominate a “tune of the week”, find content for any of the archives etc etc. The group is pointless without member contributions so don’t be shy!!!!

I also welcome any and all suggestions about how the group can be improved – so don’t be shy about that either!! – Oh, and if you see me on the “Chat” screen in Tradconnect, please come and say Hi.

As soon as I get chance, I'll add that link of yours into the "useful links" page - many thanks for that!

Kind regards,

Mike Orme
