USA our 1st Amendment, freedom of speech...seriously!

You can't say anything you want at work, in school, in the Mall, or any other institution, because the right to free speech is only allowed in public places like the street, or a public park ( with some restrictions ).

And on the Internet there is nearly no such a thing, even-though it is not in anybody's country or under their authority.

So when…

'The Reel Note' CD by The Mulcahy Family released July 2016

I have gotten several lovely Trad CDs over the last few seasons and enjoy them immensely. But my favorite is Irish Flute music.

I am not a blogger but...

these last few weeks the weather became ideal for Piping and OC I have a practice set.

So after over a decade of none, I began to run over some of the pieces I used love to work on.

It is the USA, and I am in S Texas where nearly nobody knows what a Uilleann Pipes set is, never…

Tuning The Road, Louise Mulcahy Flute, Uilleann Pipes & Whistle, CD 2014

I have followed the Mulcahy family for a long time, first on YouTube and such, then reading about them on Tradzines. Consisting of Mick, father, and daughters Michele and Louise, they seemed to me to be so good I had to keep after their performance for more of what is something to look forwards to, like the music of the house dances back in the old days.

One clip, Jig…
