Traditional Irish Music
Well.. maybe tour is stretching it some, but two pub gigs anyway, friday and saturday, with the band 'Cuts and crans' we had a good time and some good music although the audience failed to show last night. It escapes me how/why the owner had us start so early?! By the time we'd done our three sets and started packing, the people began coming in in numbers.. Oh well..

So last night i went to nearby town of Lund, the old dairy to see the guys again.
Glad i did, amazing concert again, nice relaxed and cozy, small venue. Had the chance to talk to Cathal, Gerry and Martin and even squeeze in a (very short) flute duet with Cathal, playing 'Valentia harbour'
All in all, another night to remember for life!

By chance i heard one of the most moving, beautiful airs again last night. First heard Liam Óg O'Flynn play it in a documentary about Seamus Ennis, and after that spent years looking for "Valencia Harbour"
Then last night i found out it's 'Valentia' (Ireland) not 'Valencia' Spain.. If only computers could have the decency to suggest "Mate, i think what you're looking for is Valentia, not Valencia"..
