Up and About in the Morning is a new album by Noel Battle and Roisin Broderick.  Noel is from Westmeath and Roisin is an All-Ireland champion on concertina from Galway.  They met while on a Comhaltas Tour of Ireland in 2012 and Britain in 2013.  Too much spare time on the tour bus led to an exploration of  music that worked well…
