Add your details to our Member Map

To help us with the "connection" process we have now added to the site a Member Map which you will find under the main Member Tab on the home page. Here is a link Member Map

Please consider adding your location to this map. This will help with the connection process as you will see who around you plays music. However please note it will take some time for this map to get populated.

Some points

1. In order for the map to be accurate, you will have to give as accurate an address as possible. This should include your street name, and subsequent address. ( You do not need to give your house/apartment number )

2. Your "member pin" will then appear on the map showing your general location.

3. If you have privacy concerns simply give an address for the town or village you are from. Better still give an an address that is a well know local monument, museum or other public building. A large road or street nearby will also do. The purpose of the map is to generally locate you in your neighbourhood or district.

4. Once you have added your address you can check how accurately it locates you and edit your details as appropriate. Simply drag and drop the "orange man" and drop him on your pin. This shows the address. Make sure you are happy with this.

Lets see how we go with this over the next short while. We will bring it to our members attention with a message broadcast in the coming week.
