Colleen Raney - On Tour in California - May/June 2017

Hello! It was so nice to meet so many of you earlier this month in North Carolina and Virginia! Thanks so much to everyone who hosted us, hosted a concert, told your friends, and came out to sing some songs with us.  I'm already looking forward to the next time!

I'm headed to California at the end of the month for just 4 shows.  It has been a minute since I've visited my friends in that part of the country so I hope I get a chance to see you all.  I have the masters Ryan Davidson and Stuart Mason accompanying me on my travels, which should make for some good times in the tour van!  Here are the shows:

Wednesday, May 31 • House Concert • San Luis Obispo, CA
Thursday, June 1 • The Ugly Mug Cafe • Soquel, CA
Friday, June 2 • Trinity Concerts • San Diego, CA
Saturday, June 3 • MacLeod Ale • Los Angeles, CA

I mentioned before that Aidan Brennan and I spent some time working on the new album in January before all of the whirlwind touring of the last few months and I am looking forward to getting back to work on that project quickly. I can share that we have picked 7 songs for the album and i'm enjoying the process of finding those last few more. For those of you who have been at a show in the last few years, you'll find a certain Emmylou Harris song that we've been playing live included in the list! I'll have more information for you in the next bit so stay tuned!

I'd love your help telling your California friends about these 4 shows if you have a minute to pass it along.  Hope to see you very soon!

with love,
c
