Traditional Irish Music
Scottish group Dáimh have released their fifth album called Tuneship, a follow up to their 2010 album Diversions. They have been twice nominated for Scottish Folk Band Of The Year at the Scots Trad Music Awards with singer Calum Alex twice nominated for STMA Gaelic Singer Of The Year. Dáimh "fuse together music from across the Celtic diaspora in a celebration of their common ground. From pyrotechnic jigs and reels to achingly poignant ballads, they run the full expressive gamut of folk music at its best, and are justly renowned for their thrilling live shows."
Attached are some sample from their new album which is available from www.daimh.net
