That's great for those who do not have the patience to develop the home made local flavor of Irish folk fiddle.

I wonder when will the mad race to rote teach THE SAME phrasing, and consequently bowing  of Irish fiddle music end in its own tired worn out repetitive threadbare slop!

As I got it IN IRELAND from an established fiddler, there is a DISTINCT local regional flavor to this genre. Standardizing it leads to the nowhere of boring repetition just like lyrics that are so over covered that they drive us up the walls when we again have to suffer them. Don't mention any titles.

Then these little monsters numbers, like Cultass did here in S Texas, will smother the real thing in this approved plastic style, which IMHO is crap.

Please stop it!

If you want to make Violinists of them, then send to a Suzuki teacher, or, if you have the money, to Budapest in Hungary for a foundation in actually mastering the instrument.

I'll get me hat now....
