We Banjo 3 have just released details of a US tour starting at the Dublin Irish Fest in Ohio on August 2nd - 4th and finishing up in late September in Wisconsin in The University of Whitewater.

We Banjo 3 includes virtuosos Enda Scahill, Martin Howley and David Howley and they will take you on a rollercoaster ride through banjo history from ragtime to reels. Featuring three tenor banjos, mandolins, guitars, banjolin and David’s vocals “with soul beyond his years”, We Banjo 3 combine Irish music with Old-Time American, Ragtime and Bluegrass influences, revealing the banjo’s rich legacy from its roots in African and minstrel music through to the Irish traditional sound pioneered by Barney McKenna. Source www.musicnetwork.ie.
