For those interested in following the progress of the Sliabh Beagh music project or finding out some more about the background to the project, you can now visit the website:

I've added a little bit of information about the Sliabh Beagh area there, to give you an idea of the heritage of the region and have also provided a short synopsis of what the project involves, so feel free to leave comments.

This week has seen a lot of progress with regards CD material. After two great days of practicing and discussion with Dónal McCague, who is centrally involved in the project, it now looks like we have 15 sets finalised. Looking forward now to really trying to develop definite arrangements of these new sets over Christmas and hopefully get into the studio in January.

You can also follow the project on Facebook

or on Twitter

Happy Christmas to all.
