The first edition of the Grade 2 Bodhran Tutor and CD in support of the London College of Music Examinations was launched in November 2016 with the support of John Joe Kelly in Ti Chulainn, Mullaghbawn. The edition was designed to meet local class needs for 4 years but attracted attention from local and regional media when it sold out world wide across 13 countries in 3 months. Following critical review from a range of bodhran teachers and in particular from Alabama based teacher Andrew Kruspe the edition was launched in March.
