The Jeremiahs combine traditional and contemporary sounds to create their own brand of Urban Folk music. A former member of Chulrua, the Doon Ceili Band, the Two Tap Trio, and the Máirtín de Cógáin Project, fiddler and guitarist Nathan Gourley started playing music at age five. While living in Minnesota he had the opportunity to collaborate with such renowned players as Paddy O’Brien of Chulrua, Daithi Sproule of Altan, Brian Miller of Bua, and Norah Rendell of The Outside Track. He was a finalist in the Sean O Riada fiddle competition in 2014 and winner of Boston’s Fiddler of Dooney competition in 2013. Enda Seery from Streamstown, Co. Westmeath in the heart of Ireland is a whistle, flute player, composer, singer and teacher very much on the rise. A former Secondary School teacher, Enda is now fully engrossed in his music career as a professional music teacher and performer along with being a respected Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann administrator in Co. Kiérah is a very impressive and versatile Celtic fiddle performer from Western Canada. After 13 years of classical training, Kiérah received the highest mark in Canada on her A.R.C.T. performance exam with the Royal Conservatory of Music. She enjoyed 10 years with the Semiahmoo Strings Youth Orchestra conducted by Carla Birston, where she was concert master for her last 3 years. However, with an Irish – Scottish heritage, Kiérah’s true passion is Celtic fiddle music, which she studied alongside her classical training from some of the world’s finest fiddlers.
