Traditional Irish Music
Skipper’s Alley are a young 7-piece traditional Irish music band based in Dublin, Ireland. They came together in May 2013 with a basic idea to play, interpret, and arrange old traditional Irish music and, in the short time they have been doing that, they have managed to keep themselves quite busy. They are in post production on their new album and are trying to raise funds with this campaign.
They state that "up to this point, we have been 100% self-funded, taking the profits from gigs, TV performances, and EP sales and funneling EVERYTHING into an album fund. In our efforts, we managed to raise 75% of the funds needed to make the project a reality."
