Tradconnect - Tip 1 : View Your "My Page" As a Website

As Tradconnect grows we are looking at presenting members with some tips on how to best make use of Tradconnect, especially for professional artists. We will do a few tips every now and again and then collate them together on the home page.

Our first tip is for members to start to view their "My Page" as they would their own website. As we grow as a site there is every possibility that your My Page on Tradconnect will get as many if not more hits than your own music website. That of course depends on who you are and what you do, but you get the drift of what we are saying.

On your My Page you have the ability to add photos, videos, blogs, images, music etc so you have all the facilities of a website. You also have that all important "Text Box" which you should move up to the top and centre of your My Page. In this you can add a lot of images and information. Check out members Dónal McCague , Dick Glasgow or Tony Lawless as examples.

Some of the modules can be moved about. Simply place your cursor over the top left hand corner of the module and drag it into the location you want it. So have a look again and see what you can do.

Hi Cindy. Let me look into this for you. I am normally logged into both my FB and TC pages and don't have trouble. Comments from other members would be interesting, especially if they have the same problem.

I woul soo so much like if trad connect would integrate with my Facebook password. I despise seeing an interesting post in my Facebook feed then having to look up my trad password, type in my emails type in my password, just to see the post. About twenty to 1 times I skip past the interesting post to avoid the hassle of loggin in. Perhaps it works better on the computer, but I use my iPad almost exclusively to access my Facebook.
