Track of the Week : Lisa Ward - Heart Shaped Wood (16th August 2015)

Lisa Ward has once again made Track of the Week as the most played track on our Soundcloud file. We featured this album earlier in the month when we interviewed Lisa and you can follow the link to read.

Included below is Track 9 from the album and it is a pair of Slip Jigs called Heart Shaped Wood and The Wing Flapper.

The first tune was composed and recorded by flute player Michael Mc Goldrick.  

The Wing Flapper was composed by Alan Kelly and both were learnt from the playing of Siobhan Peoples.
