Hello Friends in Trad!!  Some time ago, with nothing at hand, an idea came to me for a song...So I took up a pencil and paper and wrote some lyrics. Now a voice-only recording is OK, but in this case I thought "what the heck", I'll see if I can find some help on this...So I have asked Joe and Adele, from Dulahan, if they would play the tune that I had in mind. A joint venture so to say...Well, Joe and Adele were so kind to record the music for me, and send it back to me as MP3, so that I could sing in the vocal part. And while working on it, I decided to also add some whistle to it. It took quite a number of takes, to get it right, since it was my first-timer to sing with instrumental backing, but anyway, this is the result....A very big thanks to Joe and Adele, for their effort, and great playing!! Better proof to show that Tradconnect works you will not find :-)

Well, here's the song :

The Quiet Waters

Enjoy :-)

Well done guys.  You are showing the way to what can be achieved when people connect.  Great song and backing.  Trust good old Dulahan to come up with the goods.
