Hi Tony -- You're right -- I'm in the "cautious" stage.

But I do appreciate the hearty welcome.

Forgive my ignorance, but what is the translation of your closing salutation?

Hi Tony:  Thank you for the "Welcome."  This site is a great idea and seems to be inhabited by very nice and very interesting musicians.

Hi Tony, Just posted details of a session in Turlough which I am involved in setting up. I think your brother joined us for a song or two last year. So if you're revisiting the old hunting ground at any stage....come armed!!

I looked at "Register your instrument", but I play several, some for many years (fiddle, guitar), some for just a few (penny whistle). I think that will be the typical case, that people play more than one. A small redesign to that portion of the site would make that easier (I don't want to type in my registration data multiple times in oder to register multiple instruments).

Best Regards

Hey Tony, have you already considered posting an announcement about your new site on Chiffandfipple.com and/or thesession.org?  You might need to message the moderators on the chiff before posting.  also perhaps on woodenflute.com?

Tony, yes I will share this site.  I am new to anglo concertina myself, playing only a little over a year.  I fell in love with the instrument when I visited County Clare a few years ago, then took beginning classes at Catskills Irish Arts Week in East Durham, NY last summer.  There are very few concertina players in my area, so welcome anything I can learn from online sites like this. Thanks!

Hi Tony:  I have already shared on facebook and sent to two trad musician lists, one in Denver and one in St Louis.  Will let some of my friends back in Phila. PA know about it too.  I saw the post on the Irish Music Group on Linked In.  Russ
