You can't say anything you want at work, in school, in the Mall, or any other institution, because the right to free speech is only allowed in public places like the street, or a public park ( with some restrictions ).
But outside the USA there are few places where such rights exist, or are respected, for example 'Speakers Corner' London.
And on the Internet there is nearly no such a thing, even-though it is not in anybody's country or under their authority.
Seriously this years 'Net' event, thanks to the technical prowess of TG4, Fleadh Ennis 2016, is a monumental artifact of modern living.
