I'm learning a new tune everyday. The other day someone suggested I learn a tune from an album and sent me a link to one of the tracks (The Crooked Road to Dublin). I loved the playing so much that I hunted down the album on amazon. I couldn't find an mp3 album anywhere so I waited old-fashioned-style for it in the mail. It came yesterday! The album is "The South West Wind" by Ronan Browne and Peter O'Loughlin. So today I learned a jig from that album called the Drunken Gauger. (I dearly hope I pronounced it right \ˈgā-jər\, as in "one who gauges.") Ronan Browne is a piper from Dublin, and Peter O'Loughlin is a Clare fiddler. The tunes on the album have a lovely relaxed tempo, which is typical of the music from County Clare.

This 'someone' suggests you buy 'Touch me if you dare' another album feat. the same duo, and more lovely, lovley music : ) Nice playing again!

Btw, Heather Clarke pronounce gauger like in 'ouch' : )
